Empower, Support, and Transform
Our Founders
Aura Castro
I was born in Los Minas, Dominican Republic, in a humble home. At the age of 13, I lost my father in an accident, leaving my mother with limited resources to raise her two daughters. Despite the obstacles, I graduated as a Computer Engineer and Certified Public Accountant at the age of 19. However, without political connections, finding a job in my country was a great challenge.
Coming to the United States was a miracle. I worked tirelessly in various jobs while continuing my studies. Over time, I entered the corporate world in accounting, banking, and international finance, but my entrepreneurial spirit was longing for more.
Divorced and a single mother of three children, I learned to turn adversity into opportunity. I started several businesses, generating significant income. As a tax strategist, I built capital that I invested in real estate, successfully putting my children through college.
Today, my story is one of resilience and success. And yes, I got married again! To a man of integrity and kindness, who lovingly took on the role of a father figure for my children and became my greatest friend and partner in all my projects.

I arrived in the United States at the age of 14 with my mother and siblings in search of a better future. At 18, I became independent, got married, and soon after became a mother. I tried to balance university with motherhood, but the challenges were overwhelming. Just as I was about to finish my studies, the pregnancy of my second child led me to take a pause and focus on my family and work.
Over time, my first divorce gave me the freedom to refocus my life. I worked hard in my career at a financial institution, became a manager, and eventually completed my studies. I later remarried, had my third child, and decided to become an entrepreneur, finding the flexibility I needed for my family, my spirituality, and my personal growth.
Despite the challenges and a second divorce, I learned that balance is not just about managing responsibilities, but about embracing challenges and growing through them. I am grateful to God and to those who influenced my journey—both the ones who taught me what to avoid and those who inspired me to be better.
Today, as a mother and businesswoman, I am a living testimony of resilience. My story is proof that, no matter the obstacles, it is possible to build the life we dream of. I hope to inspire other women to never give up.
